We want you to be completely enamored with your House of Hackney treasures; however, if a piece isn't quite right for your home, we offer a 28-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that bespoke furniture and wallpaper cut-to-order are non-returnable due to their unique, handcrafted nature.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back to us.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original, protective House of Hackney packaging to ensure they arrive back at our gallery safely and undamaged.
Affix Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
